  1. Account details: name, business name, GST or registration details, email address, mobile number, address, password and other profile information.
  2. Customer / merchant details: shipping and billing address, contact person, phone number and any other information needed to manage orders and relationships.
  3. Order information: products added to cart, orders placed, order history, discounts applied and preferred payment / delivery options.
  4. Salesman information: name, contact details, assigned customers and related business details.
  5. Communication: messages and attachments you send through in-app contact forms, WhatsApp messages initiated from the App, or when you contact our support team.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  1. Device information: device model, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.
  2. Usage information: screens viewed, features used, time spent in the App, crash logs and performance data (for example via analytics or crash reporting tools).
  3. Log data: IP address, access dates and times, and other system activity.

2.3 Location Information (Salesman Tracking)

If you are logged in as a salesman and grant location permission, we may collect your approximate or precise location in order to:

  1. Track routes and visit history for reporting and route planning;
  2. Show nearby customers or outlets, if enabled in the App;
  3. Improve safety, accountability and visit verification for the manufacturer.

Location data is only collected when you grant permission via your device settings and can be turned off at any time. However, disabling location may limit or disable route-tracking features for sales staff.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. To create, review and approve user accounts for merchants, customers and sales staff.
  2. To display products, manage stock, and handle variable products (such as different sizes, finishes or colors).
  3. To allow merchants and salesmen to place orders and for manufacturers to receive and manage those orders in the admin panel and via WhatsApp or other channels.
  4. To manage discounts, pricing and special offers for specific customers or products.
  5. To track salesman visits and routes (where permission is granted).
  6. To provide customer support, handle inquiries and resolve technical issues.
  7. To send important notifications related to orders, account status, offers or app updates.
  8. To monitor and improve the App’s performance, user experience, security and features.
  9. To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, property and safety.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (Where Applicable)

Depending on your location, our legal basis for processing your information may include:

  1. Contract: to provide you with the services you request (such as processing orders).
